If a product covered by this warranty should fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it, without charge. For a product that is no longer in production or in stock, and cannot be repaired, a replacement with a comparable ¡®Oak Leaf¡¯ product or a full refund will be offered instead.
Whether you are the original owner or a gift recipient of the product, the same warranty applies as long as you have the order ID number. This means that if you receive one of our products covered by this warranty, from a friend or family, the warranty is still valid. We believe we are ultimately responsible for our products during their lifetime, no matter who uses the product.
Our Cshidworld Warranty is limited to original, unaltered and unrepaired materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by: commercial use, deliberate misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials.
Oak Leaf takes no responsibility for third party components, nor for any consequential, coincidental or incidental damages.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state, or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

In your warranty claim description, tell us how the product failed to perform and refer to the products order number, also please include a complete image of the product to help us identify the product.
